Our Process

In order to make the process of repairing or restoring your beloved furniture pieces as straightforward as possible, and to provide you with an accurate quotation, we need to let you know how best to communicate your specific requirements with us. The guidelines and considerations below will help ensure you receive a faster, more precise quotation.

1. Do you have an idea of the amount you are wanting to spend on this repair/restoration? This figure will assist us in issuing you with a more appropriate quotation.

2. Did you want us to collect your furniture piece/s, and then deliver them back to you when completed, or can you deliver the piece/s to us and collect when completed? There is a kerbside to kerbside collection/delivery fee within the 4350,4352 area. Out of these areas is on a location basis.

3. What is your timeframe for completion? We work on a first in, first served basis, and we are generally booked out a month or two in advance. But, if you need something repaired or restored for an event in 2 weeks, contact us ASAP and we will try to work something out.

4. We request a minimum 60% deposit, plus any collection and delivery charges up front, for the build to be placed into our schedule of works, with the outstanding balance due once the piece is completed and prior to collection, or delivery. Would this be a problem?

5. Can you please email through some photos/videos of the pieces and any areas of concern that may need further attention (the more, the better).

and finally;

6. Could you please provide your name, address and contact number for our quoting/invoicing system.

When we receive your answers to these questions, we will then send you a formal quotation for your approval. When the quote is approved, our system will notify us that an invoice needs to be generated for the restoration. We will then send you an invoice for your project. Once you pay the necessary deposit/delivery charges as outlined on that invoice, you will have secured your project a place in our schedule of works.
