1. Timeframe?

What is your timeframe for completion? We work on a first-in, first-served basis, and the restoration process takes approximately 4 - 6 weeks. If you're in no rush (6+ weeks), just write, "No rush".

However, if you want the piece/s to feature in wedding photos in 3 weeks, let us know here, please.

(Note that all completion timeframes are materials, weather and holidays dependent as well).

2. Collection and Delivery?

Did you want us to collect your restoration piece/s, and then deliver them back to you when completed, or can you deliver the piece/s to us and collect when completed? There is a one-off $150.00 door to door collection/delivery fee within the 4350,4352 area. Out of these postcode areas is based on location, and we'll be in touch asap.

3. Photos and Video

Please include some photos, and if you wish, a short video of the piece/s being restored. Try to show any areas that may need extra attention or repair, or other areas of concern that you may have. The more the better!

5. What Next?

When we receive your answers to these questions, we will contact you to further discuss the restoration, and then send you a formal quote for your approval.
